Shangri La Fijian Resort is located on the private 109 acre island of Yanuca, Fiji.  The Shangri - La Fijian Resort caters for children with an abundance of activities to entertain all day. The Resorts kids club is renowned for being one of the best in the South Pacific.  A choice of 4 restaurants and 6 bars caters to all tastes, nightly entertainment, 3 swimming pools and an inviting swimming beach.

Shangri La Fijian resort has a Peter Thompson designed 9 hole executive golf course plus lots more. The Fijian is located on its own island, 45 minutes from Nadi on the Coral Coast and it has an abundance of activities for the grown ups – swimming, snorkelling and a range of watersports (diving, fishing etc), a great little golf course, tennis and three pools to choose from (one adults only).  Shangri-La's Fijian offer littlies "The Little Chief’s Club"  famous for providing supervised fun for children aged 2 to 12 and the smiling ‘bula’ factor makes sure the kids immediately feel part of the Kids Club family.  Activities include crab races, boat rides, fish feeding, story telling and sand castle building.  There’s a child-minding centre set in a large shady playground where children can play indoors and out.

Currently Fijian babysitters are available at approximately F$15 for a minimum of 3 hours and F$5 per hour thereafter. A maximum of three children are permitted per babysitter.

The Fijian resort offers many restaurants. Takali Terrace is situated on the ocean's edge offering panoramic views of the reef. Lagoon Terrace restaurant rests overlooking the Resort's spectacular lagoon, this outlet offers Mediterranean influenced meals. The Beach Bar & Grill and Bilo Grill both located on the beach, offer lunch dining. The Golden Cowrie with it's open-plan kitchen features seafood specialities, outlet located beachfront.The Kalevu restaurant (also beachfront) is the hotel's signature restuarant.A live dance band entertains nightly. Kids children 11 years and under eat free.(maximum 2 kids per family per room).
